90 Day Return Policy
At funswan, we are committed to providing a comfortable and satisfying shopping experience. That’s why we offer an easy and hassle-free 90-day return and exchange policy for eligible purchases. Please review the information below to learn how to request a return or exchange. All policies begin from the date of purchase.
Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Please contact our customer service team before returning any item. Your return request must be approved in advance.
Important: Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
2. Return or exchange requests must be made within 90 days of the purchase date.
3. Items must be returned in new and unused condition without scratches, damage, or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered.
4. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an incorrect item.
Non-Refundable Items
1. Products exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals that may alter the appearance of the product. These include (but are not limited to) liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spa chemicals.
2. Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper maintenance.
3. Replacement items are not eligible for refund.
4. Silver jewelry may naturally darken over time due to oxidation. This is normal and can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth.
5. Personalized or customized photo products cannot be returned unless the item received is significantly different from the photo submitted to funswan.
Return / Exchange Procedure
Step 1: Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible.
Step 3: Send the package via your local postal service.
Step 4: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange or refund according to this policy. Processing usually takes 5–7 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been completed.
Refunds
After our customer service team approves your return and the item is received, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take approximately 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may charge a small transaction fee.
Note: PayPal payments will be refunded to the PayPal account used for payment. Debit or credit card payments will be refunded to the original card used.
Shipping Fee Refunds
Original shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable. Even if your order qualified for free or discounted shipping, we still incur shipping costs for each order.
If the item is not damaged but the customer wishes to return it, please contact our customer service team first. After the returned item is received in good condition, we will arrange a refund within 2–3 business days.
Note: In this situation, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Shipping Compensation
funswan may reimburse customers US$10 in return shipping compensation under the following circumstances:

1. The customer received the wrong item.
2. The item arrived broken, defective, or with incorrect engraving. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Note: Refunds may not be processed if returned items are in unacceptable condition.
Cancellation Policy
1. Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
2. Orders canceled within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation may receive a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 80% of the product price.
3. Orders canceled after 48 hours may receive a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product price.
4. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
